Protein Balls Recipe

Hi Guys, I know you’ve been hanging out to get your hands on this recipe after our little sample earlier in the week so here it is. Thanks again to Nic for sharing.

Protein Balls

3/4 cup of Walnuts

3/4 cup of Almonds

1tbsp of Sunflower Seeds

1 tbsp of Pepita Seeds

1 Cup of Dates

1 Cup of Dried Apricots

1 tbsp of Peanut Butter (healthy variety)

Cinnamon

1 tbsp of Honey or rice malt syrup

2 tablespoons of coconut oil, melted

1 Tablespoon of cacao

Desiccated Coconut for coating

Combine everything in the food processor until there are no lumps.

Press into balls, add moisture with water if needed. Roll in coconut and store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

These are yummy, but watch your portions. This batch will make about 20. Make it last quite a few days or share them around at work to show people the healthy stuff really does taste good!Protein Balls with Green Tea
