Our three month program officially commences on 13th April 2018. However, you will have access to our website content as soon as you complete the registration process.
To set up your membership and register for the program please follow the steps below:

  2. Once your payment is made, you will receive an email from us which will take you through to the registration page, here you will set up your login details and create a password.
  3. An email confirming your registration will then be sent to you. At this point you will be able to login to the membership website: and gain access to workouts, recipes and nutrition tips.
  4. Once the program commences you will receive email support with menu plans, exercise plans, shopping lists, your e-recipe book and virtual workouts.

The Simply Food and Fitness program will focus on changing habits, feeling great about food and fitness and giving you a healthier happier lifestyle.
