Simply Food and Fitness is an online exercise and nutrition program that educates you on how to be healthy for life. The 12-week program supports you to achieve steady results that leave you feeling fitter, happier and healthier.
We understand that people have pressures – kids, mortgage, work – and trying to fit in fitness and eat healthily can be difficult to achieve on top of everything else that we have in our lives.
So we keep things simple and easy. And we feel that this is why our program works.
Our family friendly approach doesn’t promise 6-weeks to a bikini body, we don’t post pictures of carved six packs obtained by eating chicken and broccoli for 6 weeks, we don’t turn your life upside down looking for exotic ‘miracle’ veg, and we don’t expect you to exercise for 4 hours a day.
We are real and trustworthy. You can feel confident knowing that our program is personalised for you with online support from a real person.
HOW IT WORKS?
Delivered online, you receive weekly emails which focus on helping you develop goals, track your progress & look at health and fitness ‘blind spots.’ We support you to identify what’s working for you and what might be hindering your success – both mental and physical. You receive a number of tools to help you through each week.

We know quick fix diets do not work in the long term.

Our three month program is designed to change habits which aren’t serving you, and support you to make choices that will give you a healthier life.
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
The program provides you with healthy recipes in an e-book format, meal plans, portion advice and preparation advice that can be adapted and incorporated into all lifestyles. It also delivers exercise modules that can be done anywhere with little, and often no, gym equipment.
- Our results show that, if you can develop a healthy relationship with your body, food and exercise, that doesn’t involve guilt and anxiety, you’ll be much more likely to enjoy and maintain a healthy weight for the long term.
This is not a calorie deprived diet plan! This is a balanced eating plan.
You’ll be eating real food with an emphasis on nutrients but you’ll also get to enjoy things that may be put on the so called “naughty list”!

Having four kids, we know how hard it can be to work full time and fit in fitness. We get that it is not easy to find time to prepare healthy meals and keep motivated. Our program is entirely balanced to support families and busy lives. Simply Food and Fitness gives you the tools and confidence to make better choices and stick with them.
We don’t have complicated recipes or difficult exercises in our workout programs. We have realistic family-oriented meals that are simple to incorporate into your life. We have multiple workouts to choose from, some as short as 10 minutes which are simple, make you feel great and can fit easily into busy lives.
It is absolutely understood that not only is it unrealistic to follow fad diets, it is also unhealthy in the long term. It’s also not realistic to never eat chocolate gain, or drink wine, or eat carbs, or whatever the next diet celebrity is touting.
